Laboratoria Moda was not born from a trend.
It was born from a story.
It was born from a girl in Moscow who, at the age of 15, was already surrounded by fashion: runways, castings, photoshoots, designers, photographers and magazines. But even within that world, one thing was very clear: I did not want to simply wear clothes. I wanted to create them.
I started by designing garments for myself. My wardrobe was an extension of my imagination, a way of saying something without having to explain too much. From a very early age, fashion became language, intuition and creative refuge.
Later, I studied Business Management and began my journey as an entrepreneur in fashion. I had my own experience with women’s clothing boutiques, and it was there that an observation appeared and never left me: many women came in looking for “just a dress,” but in reality, they were carrying a very specific image inside.
Each woman had her own dream dress.
Her own fantasy.
Her own ideal version.
The problem was that she almost never found it exactly as she imagined it.
That idea began to grow inside me: what if the woman did not have to adapt to the dress? What if the dress could adapt to her?
That was the seed of the Modular Dress.
Over the years, life took me through different places: Moscow, Riga, Dénia. It also took me through many versions of myself: model, entrepreneur, young mother, master’s student in fashion brand creation and management, woman in search of balance, creator who rises again and again.
Dénia became home and a portal of personal transformation. Here, many answers began to appear. Here, the idea of Laboratoria Moda stopped being only an intuition and started taking real shape.
The project was born from the desire to create something that speaks to women in a different way. Not from the pressure to be perfect, but from the freedom to transform. Not from fashion as fast consumption, but from fashion as art, presence and consciousness.
Laboratoria Moda is an invitation to remember that every woman is a creator by nature.
We create homes.
We create projects.
We create bonds.
We create beauty even after difficult moments.
And we can also create our own image.
The Modular Dress is a tool for that: a base that transforms with Labbys, small pieces that change the narrative. A system that allows you to move from essential to theatrical, from everyday to special, from one version of yourself to another.
Because we are not linear.
We are phases, energy, body, soul, movement.
Laboratoria Moda was born to accompany that transformation. To make getting dressed feel again like a gesture of power, play and everyday magic.
